Itinerary

- Arrival in Cusco (11am)
- Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Urubamba.
- Welcome lunch in the city of Cusco.
- Welcome ceremony in Pisac.
- Dinner in Urubamba
”Day
- Breakfast.
- Guided visit to Maras and the Salineras, a unique landscape of salt terraces.
- Lunch at a local restaurant.
- Visit to the Archaeological Site of Ollantaytambo
- Return to Urubamba and dinner.

- Breakfast (7:30am)
- Transfer to the community Pumaq Wasy (9:00 am )
- Ceremony of Offering to the lagoon
- Talk with Pumaq Wasin women about the iconography of weaving
- Exercise to create our symbology
- Lunch with the community
- Talk with the Pumaq Wasin women on color symbolism
- Workshop on natural dyes in wool
- Return to Urubamba (5:00pm)
- Dinner in Urubamba

- Breakfast ( 7:00 am)
- Transfer to Pumaq Wasy community.
- Warp Process
- Backstrap loom workshop, creation of HUATO from our own symbology.
- Lunch and gastronomic experience with the community.
- Continuation of weaving
- Return to Urubamba
- Dinner
”Day
- Early breakfast and transfer to Cusco airport to take a flight to Lake Titicaca.
- Arrival in Juliaca and transfer to Puno. On the way, stop at the Sillustani archaeological site to see the impressive chullpas (funerary towers) and learn about the importance of this place to pre-Inca cultures.
- Lunch in Puno.
- Transfer and accommodation at a lakeside hotel.
- Rest of the day free.
- Dinner at the hotel
Day 6 - UROS FLOATING ISLANDS
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Uros embroidery workshop.
- Lunch.
- Optional: Participate in a collaborative totora textile workshop where the community explains how they make their boats, or continue with the embroidery workshop.
- Dinner

- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Boat transfer to Taquile Island, famous for its textiles declared UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
- Practical workshop where you will learn Taquile weaving techniques.
- Lunch on the island with fresh local products.
- Optional: Continue weaving or take a guided walk around the island to enjoy panoramic views of Lake Titicaca and reflect on the living traditions.
- Return to the hotel, dinner at the hotel

- Visit to Puno’s artisan market.
